Shipping & Delivery
1. Areas we Deliver to: At the present time, we only deliver to the customers located in Delhi and Gurgaon. You can call us at +91-9650857405 or write to us at email@example.com if you have specific delivery requirements.
2. Addresses: Please use a regular street address with near by landmark for faster delivery of the shipment. We also request you to mention the contact number too. If your address does not show up on Google maps we cannot deliver.
3. Delivery Charges: The delivery charges are included in the cost of our products. In case you want us to deliver outside South Delhi or Gurgaon, there would be an additional delivery charge.
4. Shipping Time: Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise; time slot selected and credit verification. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact recipient by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder or substitute to another item.
5. Redirection: The delivery will NOT be redirected/ redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
6. Delivery: We will attempt delivery of the items ONCE. In case the delivery is not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery/ refund will be possible. Failed deliveries will be redirected to the Customer Support. You are advised to call +91-9650857405 to arrange for pick-up of your order. We will consider the order executed in the below mentioned cases :
- Wrong / untraceable address.
- Recipient not available.
- Premises locked.
- Wrong phone or cell number; phone not working; cell switched off or not working.
- Recipient refused the products.
- Delivered the product at the gate/ reception/ with security/neighbor.
7. Substitution: We reserve the right to substitute the cake (including specified type/ flavour) with another cake of equal or higher value in case of non-availability of the desired cake.
8. Unknown Circumstances: In case of floods/ heavy rains/ national bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
9. Instructions: No change in instructions will be permitted once the order has been confirmed.
10. Change or Cancel Orders: Orders once placed can be changed, cancelled or rescheduled 2 days before the delivery time slot.
11. Delivery Slip: Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute regarding delivery.
12. Unique Deliveries: While placing an order where the address is unique like a hotel, hospital, school, hall etc. Please provide us with more detailed information to make the delivery possible.
